Yes, I know that sounds odd but some of the most intelligent pieces of architecture that I’ve seen used shipping containers. Now, I’m sorry I didn’t post this sooner but here is another interesting piece of architecture that uses shipping containers in the New York Times. It seems that Roger Black’s Hamptons retreat is actually in Texas! Not bad….
